1. Spray hair with speed of light™ blow dry accelerator from roots to ends and blow dry through with a paddle brush.

2. Part hair into a centre parting and section the front of the hair from ear to ear on both sides and clip away.

3. Comb the hair at the back of the head down to the nape of the neck and grip in a line along the nape. Spray with control force™ firm hold hair spray.

4. In 1-inch sections, tong the hair in the grips in the same direction all the way along and spray lightly with control force™.

5. Grip some padding (made from hair stuffed in a net) along the line of grips. Secure from the sides.

6. Take each curl, twist and pull out to loosen, spray with texture tonic and grip over the padding. Spray with control force™. Then curl the hair in the middle parting away from the face.

7. Comb through the hair on each side, sprinkling some shampure™ dry shampoo into the roots. Twist as a two-strand braid, pulling out the braid to give it volume. Take the braid around to the back of the bun and pin. Repeat on both sides.

8. Take the end of the braid, twist and incorporate into the low bun and finish with control force™.
